Inside Sales Representative

Searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team to develop and grow existing customer relationships. We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of sales experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Daily responsibilities include customer communication through phone & email for product education, quoting, order processing, working with key accounts, and project management.

The key responsibility for this position is to develop and maintain customer relationships through product education, quoting, order processing, and project management. Traits for a successful candidate include excellent communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects. All applicants must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 Years of experience with sales using an ERP system.
  • Mechanical Aptitude - Gathering technical information from catalogs and other resources to answer a variety of questions.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills to provide quick responses to questions, provide product information, and make recommendations.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer Centric - Ability to understand customer needs to match products and service solutions.
  • BA/BS degree or college  equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce a plus.
